How do you select a printer that will print information (like the header and monthly report) on the publisher record card, S-21-E? We selected custom (under advanced) and it printed on an index card, for practice, but the information would not fit correctly on the S-21E. Like the left margin starts close to the middle rather than to the far left and the font is rather small also. Does one need to go to the section where there are increment measurements for lines, rows, columns and margins? If so are there instructions as to how to figure the increments?
